The RIVAL 4×4 6mm Aluminium Front Bar is engineered specifically for the Ford Ranger Next Gen and Ford Everest Next Gen, delivering premium frontal protection without the added weight of a traditional steel bull bar. Designed as a full OE replacement, this front bar integrates seamlessly with factory mounting points while maintaining compatibility with all original on-road safety systems.
Manufactured from premium 6 mm deep-stamped aluminium, the bar offers excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for Australia’s demanding conditions. The lightweight construction helps reduce front-end weight, minimise suspension sag, and maintain correct handling characteristics, particularly on touring vehicles fitted with additional accessories.
An integrated 6 mm aluminium bash plate provides added protection to vital front-end components, while reinforced 5000 kg-rated recovery points offer confidence during vehicle recovery situations. The bar also features a 5 mm steel winch cradle, making it winch-ready for serious off-road applications.
Finished in a textured matte black powder coat, the bar delivers a clean, aggressive appearance, with colour coding available for locally supplied or fitted bars. Supplied with two RIVAL LED fog lights featuring White/Amber DRL, it enhances visibility in low-light, foggy, or wet driving conditions while adding a premium visual finish.
