Terms & Conditions – TUS Offroad Weekend Warehouse Sale
TUS Offroad Weekend Warehouse Sale The TUS Offroad “Up to 40% Off Weekend Warehouse Sale” will run for three days only, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily, 18th – 21st July 2025, at 199 O’Herns Road, Epping, VIC. Discounts of up to 40% off apply to selected items only, with limited stock available while supplies last. Additional clearance items will also be available during the event. This is a collection-only event — customers must bring a suitable trailer or transport vehicle for immediate pickup, or arrange alternative collection on the day for pickup within 7 days of the sale. For allocated fitment sales, fitment must be organised within 7 days after the event. Payment must be made in full and coordinated with TUS Sales for an agreed time and date within that 7-day period.
Payment options include in-person during the event via EFTPOS or credit card. Cash payments will not be accepted. All sales are final — no refunds, returns or exchanges on clearance or discounted items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
TUS Offroad reserves the right to limit quantities per customer, amend or cancel offers without prior notice, and refuse service where necessary. No holds or pre-orders will be accepted. Customers are responsible for the safe and legal transport of goods purchased. Entry to the premises is at your own risk — TUS Offroad accepts no liability for personal injury, damage, or loss during the event.
